Langdon is a good player. Definitely worth a nibble imo

His kicking is a real concern.

He brings unconditional effort and can find plenty of the ball, but sometimes that's not enough to elevate a team to the next level.

He's a very good player, but my first selection criteria for a halfback/wing would be the quality of their disposal and decision making.

Im seeing things obviously differently to you. I think he isnt as bad as many are making out re his disposal

Langdon would be Fremantles 4th or 5th best player. There would be no surprise if he played well.
Agreed, I'm surprised by some of the opinions I've read about him on here. The Ed Langdon from the last two years would be in our top handful of players. Fast, skilful and averaging 25 touches a game this year.

Living in WA, I go to lots of Freo games, Langdon is a good player, not a world changer. Runs good patterns and runs hard (both ways) disposal can let him down & he has a strange tendency to go missing for a a quarter, but that could be Ross, he pushes him to half back to defend, which doesn’t seem to be he go, he seems better when he is left to play his natural game which is an attacking style

Seriously peeps. A poster comes on here with a rumour about an offer to Langdon, we spend a couple of pages discussing the player but some still throw crap at the poster.

The respect that everyone wants us to show towards our credible ITK's needs to be extended to all on this forum.

Will we never learn?

I don't give a toss on whether a rumour proves true or not but I enjoy reading each and every one.

The least talked about album in hours, Blue Targets “Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad”: featuring:

1. “Players Look Better in the Rearview Mirror”: They Might Be Giants

2. “Here Comes the Sun”: Whispering Jack Farnham

3. “I Would Do Anything for Paps, but I Won’t Do That” Sosage Roll

Absolutely I’d take Langdon, we need players with pace/outside speed that can break the lines!! I’ve watched him play a few times now and every time have thought to myself gee wouldn’t mind him on our side.

I wouldn't.

Turnover merchant. It seems he is Melbourne anyway (well that is the mail doing the rounds)

Speed is one think, but he coughs the ball up far too much for my liking.
