Gorringe may well surprise you.

A 200cm guy who can kick as well as most on the list, has excellent close in handball skill, moves and picks up the ball like he's 180cm all while running +15km a game at an excellent clip.

In a game that had had max 90 rotations , a guy like this might come in handy.

Was t gcs thinking of giving him a run as a tall midfielder?

My god they are ****ing obsessed with age profiles.

The best thing they could do is come to terms with how shit they are. Until the club accepts that and deals with that then they're going to continue to aim for finals spots...but NOT PREMIERSHIPS.

Richmond don't need to sack dimma, but they need to take a long hard look at their recruiting team, assistant coaches, and strategy. Picking up guys like yarran suggested they thought they were right in the window. They have a good young core, but their depth and execution of game plan is poor. Can be fixed in an off-season for mine

hahahahah, yes they have picks already. I think it is something like the pies 1st, there 1st, Geelongs first. They have to give the pies a second rounder this year as part of the Treloar deal. If you believe the reports then they have 8 players ranked in the top 30 with 2 supposedly top 10. Those picks mentioned aren't enough for those 8 players unless i missed some picks.

Club chose to go experience route bec of GWS and GC. They knew this list wouldn't win a flag against these new teams. This was said on SEN a month or two ago I think it was their prez who said it, or recruitment manager.
