Can you really gamble responsibly? You go in saying I'm not betting more then 50 bux tonight, next thing you know your wife is calling you asking why you withdrew $500, You say I had to fill up petrol and it was really expensiveIf your betting on Carlton Moe you are not gambling responsibly....

Happy with Carlisle, the $$$ and the pick we give Essendon.
Not so happy with the 5 year contract though.

Agreed, a bit disappointing that it seems we 'gave in' to his demands.
However, 2 major positives:
- If us getting him for pick 19 or 20 is true, realistically, thats a steal for a player of Carlisle's quality and offsets us losing Hendo for unders.
- 600k a year for 5 years is pretty good when you consider the $$$ always gets inflated when you're poaching a good player from another team, and the salary cap is increasing, so towards the end of the contract we actually might be paying less than his worth and be getting a really good deal.

Just to clarify... The source of the rumour is a bloke in a TAB you don't know who was claiming to be Carlisle's best mate's brother,? II hope it's true but yeah.... wont get excited yet.

Dont see the hype in getting a guy who may end up with a 2 year ban
Unless I've missed something he still hasn't re-signed.
Regardless I have more than a few concerns about Lennon.
