Folks, this is the way things are here.

Posters are responsible for what they post. Moderators can not attest to the accuracy or otherwise of any rumour posted.

Moderators will intervene for a couple of reasons.

1. If a thread is threatening to be derailed because of a post.

2. If invested parties request the removal of material.

None of this draws a conclusion as to the accuracy or otherwise of the original post.

There is no need to further speculate. What will be will be.

If true, very unprofessional from all parties.
No doubt, discussions do and should occur to ensure alignment, but to be out in the open, just should not occur in any professional organisation.
If true, it truely displays how far we are from being professionally run.

Does this have to be displayed so often ? Makes reading on the phone a frustrating experience to say the least.

It's a stickied post. It was only posted once.

There was a massive clean up over this issue, and we still keep getting PMs about why it was removed.

It will be unstickied when the issue is dead.

Hamil was the assistant that clashed with Voss.

One if his old teammates had a crack at both of them.

Hamill, Russell, Carroll…roll the l..ll

Hamill can hardly lay claim to any nous, look what his troops dished up in McGovern, Haynes and some dubious disposal allowed from the defenders.

Interesting if there is such a fracture between staff behind closed doors, because on Thursday there was certainly a lack of cohesion in the playing group...

Ok for coaching staff to have a critical/constructive debate/arguement - that’s a good sign …shows passion

But….

Should never be done in front of players

Argue all they like behind closed doors to work things out and come up with the best solutions possible

but…

in front of players they need to show a united approach.

Can’t give mixed messages and display disunity in front of young impressionable players who as a coaching group you are trying to unite and have buy in

Once players know of issues amongst coaches that can give them an out for poor performances

Hamill is a member at my golf club.

How might I approach him to extract some info?

Really?
Hazza Charlie and TDK...our most valuable assets...
Upcoming...Moir...
And we have the BEST line coach possible to bring out their absolute best star qualities in J.Russell?
Really?

ANd would you say we've brought out the best in Walshy and Cerra?

How's our backline doing apart from Weiters? All showing amazing improvement and busting a gut?

Sorry. It's hard to agree with you...are
we in sync as a club right now?

Let's see how the next few weeks unfold.
Whoops, my post may have been sarcasm.

I’m not sure if it’s the paraphrasing but this makes little sense, as per Stamos.

It was simply ... opinions split down the middle. Some have acted immaturity and unprofessionally.

I have no idea whether this is just a matter of players and/or staff having heated arguments with each other over the incident and his subsequent stepping down, or something else.

I can see a divide like we see in society now. Half saying it's a bad look, disrespectful etc and half saying it's none of our business, whl cares, woke bs etc.

I agree that it shouldn't have affected anything in the playing group, but that's the rumour told to me and I can't really judge it according to how I would behave in that environment. I don't know our players well enough to know their behaviours or beliefs.

I don’t believe Voss is up to it tactically and I think he’s gone.

But if he is going down, I don’t want it to be meekly. He needs to grab the players by the scruff of the neck and go down swinging. Coach like he played.

Too much of our playing group are too soft, mentally and physically.
Cook said and Carlton knew they were signing a motivator and relationship coach, which implies Voss required to surround himself with tacticians. It seems foolish to constantly argue changing the senior coach will provide a remedy without wholistic change to the board and all aspects of the football department
