Let's be very clear - Bard is in this for himself - he is still to this very minute calling the shots, setting the agenda and timetable for his departure to serve his own interests. He has given a big 2 fingers to the club that has supported him for 10 years and said ..we are doing this on my terms!

Our club should be furious and they should be saying to him straight out - you are not coaching tomorrow - your time at this club is over.

Speculating that Scott initially agreed to Sunday press conference with the club giving him the date of departure decision and time to consider it. He agrees then later, feeling powerless and fully realising it's all over, has a massive fit of red mist in true B Scott style. Takes some power back by ensuring the leak and ensuring he leaves virtually straight away.

That is speculation, but there's no doubting senior club officials are spewing up over this as we write.

I’m not sure if this is correct or has been posted already but I had heard that we had approached another senior coach in recent times but were knocked back .

Not sure who you’ve heard Deano but Longmire’s management were approached from what I’ve been told.

I don’t mind him going but he has done a good job. It’s time for a new voice. No need to dance on his grave.

We are a small club that missed on Kelly, De Goey, Gaff, Dusty - but so did everyone else. We didn’t miss because they picked a different club to join.

North, Dogs, & Saints - all struggle to land a big fish. None have landed a player as good as those named above.

He did get good players to the club - Higgins, Waite, Polec etc.

I have always been one to back the coach - you have to admire him putting up his hand and saying no to 2020.

New era is to be excited about - bagging Scott now he has left is really ordinary IMO.
