After this weeks game we could see a massive logjam on the ladder

It could easily be
6 teams on 8 wins
2 teams on 8 & 1/2
1 team on 8 + 2draws
1 team on 9
1 team on 9 & 1/2

6 points between 3rd & 13th

All we have to do is keep winning.
We’re not playing perfect football.

But we’ve put the pieces into place and the team is growing in confidence as their trust in each other increases.

If we win the next 2 than face Collingwood at the G your looking at 90 plus thousand again IMO. Potential massive crowd Vs the Blues as well. Our fans are smelling what's cooking and there turning up to games now.

I still think we can make finals, and that we managed to get a bit of a streak pre-bye and have the pre-finals bye means that we might be able to do some damage if we make it. Shame that pretty much every game this week - save for Adelaide winning - has had an outcome which makes the margin for error so much smaller, but if we keep winning it's in our hands.

Even if we win today, it is still a pretty tough road, given that even North don't look like easy beats now, and Adelaide showed yesterday that , in Adelaide they ares no walk in the park either. Freo just beating Swans doesn't bode well for our game against them either.

A pity Essendon capitulated so meekly, a loss to Geelong would have been very helpful given we play them.

While not all results have gone our way, if Saints can beat Port, and we win, we'll at least only be out of the 8 on percentage.

While Pies will finish the round at least 2 games and % above us, they not only play us, but have a moderately tough end to the season with lots of top 8 matchups, including Swans, Blues and Lions. So if we can knock them off, it could very easily open up a spot for us, given they have a few other games they'll go into underdogs.

Still think today will be tough, but if we can break them early and keep the foot on, the percentage boost will be very helpful.

Other results don't matter if we lose too many, and they don't matter if we win enough.
