Jezza has 4 - great and could have had 6 in reality
Close has 4
Neale 2 could have had 4

MF got first use a lot and now we are into the Top4 again. Much better effort across the board.

Mannagh brilliant with 14 tackles. Needs to stay in.

Atkins was good all game long. SDK was great Holmes solidd without starring.

Kolo good and Stengle whilst not starring was solid. Blitz was good. Henry good again.

Hard to see Humphries going out of this team at the moment... good work again.

Rohan good in game 200 - kicked at least 2
Duncan started well and kinda faded.
Stewy in the guts decent. PFD good till subbed out and Dempsey good too.

All the under 50 gamers held their own. Bowes sold but nothing crazy.

Got the Filth next week... should have decent list to choose from

Take the 4 points and move on - always great to smash the Dawks.

GO Catters

Well a few wins sure helps change my tune from a negative one post carlton (I blame the Four Pines at the G) to a positive one!

Neale looks like he’s getting more confident by the game with a few clunks and goals. Same for De Koning - influential in the middle/ruck and some classy moments on the ball. That second goal 😤

Dempsey continues his great form. Lawson didn’t look out of place yet again and it feels like we’ve really got a gem. We really do have some really talented youngsters coming through

Dangerfield is fit and firing and when his is he’s still a massive weapon. His pairing with Stewart in the middle was effective who seems to have played himself back into form along with Cameron. Big bag and could have been bigger.

And oh…Mannagh the tackle machine…love it!

Team balance is so much better with recent personnel changes.

No more of yesterday's men Parfitt, MOC, Hawkins (sigh) or Stanley. Good experiments with SDK and Stewart in the middle.

One change for Friday barring injuries. O.Henry out for Knevitt. Keep Mannagh and Humphries in.

Oh and great to put them in their place and that loud noise you hear is them thudding back to earth.

They thought Meek and their midfield would dominate and they'd win as a result. Hubris.

I hate to say i told you so about mannagh but i did tell you all so.
He has to stay in.
Lets hope the coaches have finally seen the light and we dont lose him.

His speed and pressure linking the mids and fwds plus stewart in MF adding extra size in there might change us enough to compete against top 8 teams.

Sdk was very good but im still concerned about henry in particular holding down the no1 kpd post. This will be an ongoing issue.

SDK looking like he’s enjoying footy again. Mannagh equal second for clearances and 14 tackles - outstanding. Gotta say think Hawks game really played into our hands, the chip chip stuff just maximised their chances of turning it over.

Most dominant and pleasing win for 24 so far imho. A team that was in form, albeit missing 2 guns, was comprehensively beaten in every quarter today.
Next week is a realistic chance of a win as well with some of the Pies outs- and they look a bit fatigued- but could they drop 3 in a row!?

Most pleasing thing was SDK.
TDK move over! Your little brother has arrived!

Where do we begin with SDK? Obliterated by too many in here!

Kudos to Scott for having confidence + making the move to Ruck.

Tonight, we saw SDK fully of confidence + OMG. . .his future!

To the 'few' posters who kept the faith, we were rewarded tonight.

Let's just keep our hair on + hope SFK continues tonight's form, if not, we've still seen his potential.

Not sure whether to praise the MC for the positional shifts and personell changes (all of which worked) or criticise them for not making the changes sooner, given that many of us have been calling out for Humphries and Mannagh to be included for a month or more, and for Stewart to be moved to the midfield for just as long.

Unsure why we persisted with the MOC, Parfitt, etc mix for so long when it so clearly wasn't working. It arguably cost us games. But anyway, better late than never lol.
