Some real gold passes in the side atm.
How ROB kept his spot after last week's pitiful effort & poor season.

Frampton can't defend but hey let's persist with this nonsense.

One of Sloane or Crouch just has to make way

The changes to the side since R1 are pretty depressing for a rebuilding side:

Out: Thilthorpe, Milera, McPherson, Soligo, Murray, Fogarty, Schoenberg, Hinge and Rowe

In: Walker, Sholl, Cook, Gollant, Laird, Frampton, Murphy, Berry and McAdam

That's a bunch of first round picks dumped and a number of players with 20-40 games we'd hoped to see take the next step. We've also brought in battlers like Frampton and Murphy, while the midfield remains stacked with senior plodders.

Just a load of yuck really.

The ins are fantastic, the outs not so much.

If Hinge is fit, he should be playing, absolute no brainer. If he squeezes out Jones or Brown, too bad for them.

Harry should've stayed, Crouch out. I'd say Sloane, but dropping captain courageous is a bridge too far for this club.

Laird, Keayes, Harry and Berry is looking a lot closer to how our midfield should look going forward. Rotate through Hately, Pedlar to try and see who meshes.

McAdam and Rachele to go with Gollant, Tex, Thilthorpe and a resting mid sounds like a great mix to me.

ROB definitely has incriminating pics, needs a spell.

Frampton out for any youngster you rate is also desireable.

Is Himmelberg wearing a mask? ;)

Cook in is a pleasant surprise. Great to see.

Will Dawson play more across half back I wonder? Or is Hinge out an opportunity to give Slaone a try there?
Would like us to keep Dawson, Sholl & Cook as wingmen... which would mean shifting someone like Sloane or Murphy in defence.

Dawson should be delivering the ball to our forwards

The Billy Experiment will get a stern test this week. He'll either line up on Tom Lynch or Jack Riewoldt.

They're both no Todd Marshalls but still decent players.

Shoey out ---rubbish
Rowe out -- rubbish
Hinge out --rubbish

McAdam in --- rubbish

Still in
Sloane. --- rubbish
McHenry --- rubbish

Unbelievable changes wanted to say more , just have to shake your head and leave it at that
Surely Hinge is injured.

Expect one of them will kick a match winning bag & that should be the end of the defender Billy experiment.

Rowe shot himself in the foot , he was playing so well overall this year but then was weak in a few crucial 50-50 contests against Essendon where he really could have won us the game

So unfort all his good stuff gets minimised by crucial loss of contests . Shame as his good has been much better than last year

As for Matt Crouch playing in front of Schoenberg , especially with Shoenberg playing his best game in showdown with high mid minutes then shunted to accomodate sloane

Well …. We deserve to rebuild for years longer than what we should

mitch hinge.. been an easy top 5 player for us in the first 4 rounds..

if he’s not injured why the **** is he not named in the 22?.. if he is injured then why dont they simply say so and have him as an out (inj)?

the selection committee needs to **** off.. they are simpletons.

sloane played down there a bit against essendon.. everytime the ball went towards essendon’s forward line sloane was plodding along about 10 yards behind his direct opponent.

cant defend if you cant run.
