If they only watched the first half and the last quarter......I hope those screaming for changes watched the SANFL today.
Nah, none of our midfielders had a decent game, very ordinary all of them if they were looking for an AFL gig next week.If they only watched the first half and the last quarter......
They were 40 points up at HT, I'd replace Crouch with any of them in a heartbeatNah, none of our midfielders had a decent game, very ordinary all of them if they were looking for an AFL gig next week.
Richmond were very good last week but hadn't been before that, who knows.Perhaps I’m a few screws loose but actually think we can jag a win tomorrow.
Injured for sure , weird they named him emergencymitch hinge.. been an easy top 5 player for us in the first 4 rounds..
if he’s not injured why the fu** is he not named in the 22?.. if he is injured then why dont they simply say so and have him as an out (inj)?
the selection committee needs to fu** off.. they are simpletons.
Usually happens when we are more upset than normal re selectionPerhaps I’m a few screws loose but actually think we can jag a win tomorrow.
Yep best 3 by a mile and Tex in his one game was massiveI have been at three of our four matches this year in the flesh and I have watched a replay of all matches.
Dawson has spent 70% of his ToG in the midfield, mostly on the wing.
Until last week Shoey played almost entirely in the midfield.
Sloane and Keays have been spending more time forward and less time in the midfield than last year.
Hinge has been playing on the wing until last week when he was mostly at half back (and imho looked good before he was injured).
The only players who have not had a poor match or more are Dawson. Keays and Rachele. There is a Melbourne Cup field of contenders who could be dropped.
Rowe has been playing very well , he did cost us last week with chances to help ice the game by folding in crucial contests in a meek mannerRowe very unlucky. If they’re not going to give Murphy midfield minutes then they should be sticking with Rowe. He’s twice the small forward that Murphy is. It’s not surprising though, it’s a continuation of 2020 selection philosophy.
Wright is more likely to come in than Fogarty.Injured for sure , weird they named him emergency
Love his footy so far
As for the Fogarty fan boiiiis / lovers / defenders …… is it still the midfields fault when he takes 1 mark in the sanfl ???
The guy isn’t even sanfl level . I’m not sure he’d go that well at Rostrevor Old acollegians . Maybe get a kick at Lucindale …. Maybe
If Sam Berry doesn’t play high mid minutes Tomoz I think it’s time for all of us to give up
Yes he would contribute moreWright is more likely to come in than Fogarty.
Did you watch our midfield aspirants Hately, Schoenberg and Pedlar in the Snaffle today?Rowe has been playing very well , he did cost us last week with chances to help ice the game by folding in crucial contests in a meek manner
Was disappointed in him as was loving his good stuff this year
Be good if Matt crouch was held to the same account though
I'd rather any of them in the side than Sloane ATMDid you watch our midfield aspirants Hately, Schoenberg and Pedlar in the Snaffle today?
Hately got a bit of ball like he always does and did sfa with it, Schoenberg stunk it up, kicking shithouse again and Pedlar obviously not fit enough only played limited midfield minutes.
The 3 best mids on the ground were Glenelg's Brett Turner, Luke Partington and Matthew Snook roving to beaten rucks, actually roved better to Strachan's tapwork than any of our guys.
Parnell our best easily IMO.
Laird might still be there, and help bring us back.SANFL form is entirely unimportant to the club's future. Crouch, Laird and Sloane are not taking us to the promised land. Find out if any of these kids can play in the professional league.
Laird might still be there, and help bring us back.
The others..... Nope.
It's idiocy to keep doing it.I meant the combination of the three, but agree otherwise.

Parnell first half was great and I thought Newchurch is making some strides - 6 tackles 3 goals !Did you watch our midfield aspirants Hately, Schoenberg and Pedlar in the Snaffle today?

You don’t think Laird is much chop ?SANFL form is entirely unimportant to the club's future. Crouch, Laird and Sloane are not taking us to the promised land. Find out if any of these kids can play in the professional league.
You don’t think Laird is much chop ?
Righto
Probably 20-25Where do you reckon he'd get picked in an all of AFL midfield draft?
How does Hamish keep his job?Probably 20-25
He’s not a problem for us , either is Keays . It’s a lack of talent outside them . Our recruiters haven’t had good talent ID for mids
Our best mid is a rookie pick AA defender
I think it’s time for a change personallyHow does Hamish keep his job?
