Not enough being spoken about Aish’s shocking game.

Kicks it straight to the bulldogs going inside 50, then they rebound.

Out: Fyfe, Aish.
In: Erasmus, Worner.

If Fyfe stays in it has to be in the mid. He can't kick a set shot and isn't quick enough to pressure, so pointless as a forward. In the guts he's still got strength and great footy IQ, makes others around him better in a sacrificial role. I'd like to see Banfield back in that mid-sized forward role, or Sturt.

I actually thought we were the better side last game, just couldn't get on the end of stuff and then some interesting choices around the final centre bounces sealed it. Should be a tight game, which we should win, but probably won't for some reason or other.

Only my opinion
I think Fyfe is out for a few weeks.
I’d like to see Brodie given 3/4 weeks in the middle as a see ball get ball player again like last year.
I didn’t think he should have been the scape goat at the beginning of the season like he was.
The whole team was off
Bugger the defensive angle let the other guys be a part of a team
He’s 193 cm bull
I’m sick of seeing our midfielders playing behind or to the side of the opposition midfielders
Darcy is in great form
Drop it to his 1/2 m arc forward get Brodie to get it
Then spread
Outside of serong Brodie is the best below his knees and has great hold and vision with his hands
Carr backed him in and utilised his strengths
Corey is …

Throwing a theory out there. Brodie and the club spoke preseason about him driving the legs more, and bursting through the stoppage.

Now this would require a change to his his S&C, right? Long term play, in order to rebuild him, we must break him.

Ok I hadn’t heard that
but it makes sense and fair enough
I think it’s an important thing to remember
the club looks to be strategic on this build
they are playing a strong long game over 5 to 10 years
our players are young by elite standards but what they build together as a unit the next 3/5 years is going to be fun to watch

Why is Fyfe contracted for another two years?

He can't dispose of the ball anymore without turning it over
If Fyfe is out for a couple of weeks I think that helps rather than hurts our chances.Which is not a good thing when its a player his age and he's just got an extension.
