Exactly. Remove two players who clearly weren't up to it last week, for two who are literally 200% better in their roles.

I've heard the question asked so many times this week "is there room in Melbourne's forward line for Watts with Hogan and Pedersen playing so well?" ... the answer has always been no ... which is correct in a way, but doesn't mean there isn't a spot for him further up the ground. Hoges & Pedo will love Watts delivering it to him.

It sucks. I like Frosty. I guess I get it if Lever is in, there's only place for two of Frost, TMac, Weideman/Pedersen.

I absolutely agree, which is why I'd want to see Watts on a wing, or at least a high half forward ... Hogan and Pedo would only benefit from him delivering it to them.

I think the odd outcome out of all of this is we need to barrack hard for the Suns.

Can't complain too much about Freo when they also beat the Dogs, Essendon, and Richmond in that patch, and it was our first game without Gawn. Losing to North twice still staggers me.

I think the Richmond game is the one that got away really, so unlucky to lose it.

Losing to Freo was terrible. Should never have happened. North twice is horrendous. Richmond game we gave up a 4 goal three quarter time lead. If that stuff happens next year we are in serious trouble.

We had about six injuries against the Tigs and ran out of steam in the last. The Norf games and Freo though... yep.
