He should play soon. ... but this line continually gets trotted out for anyone who gets dropped or who is playing reserves.

You'd hope the players have a bigger backbone than this.

What I don't get is that Buku isn't a tall defender, he's an in between guy that can run off an opponent. Why not play Busslinger so we can at least keep our structures down back?

We look way too short. Would make sense to bring in Buss & Khamis. When one of Cox / Cameron is up forward we look like we’ll be exposed in the air.

Also the fact that Khamis can also play forward you’d think would give us more versatility as well.

Khamis is the perfect third tall replacement for Cleary not for JOD. Buss just had to play.

what we ask of Lobb is way to much, he is going to be injured soon if we don't play another key defender. Unless the coach thinks Darcy and English are gonna give support. I love Buku but he is more an interceptor than a hard fought defender. Not sure Busslinger is that though.

I would have played Poulter in front Dolan we could do with gut running. The signs are bad for Buss third year and still behind Gardiner who has been named as an emergency. I wish I had more confidence in the likes of Baker, Gallagher, VDM, Mcneill to name a few at hitting targets by foot.

Nothing wrong with McNeil, he's unfairly maligned here. VDM kicked 3 goals last week.
