It may well be that there are simply no viable replacements, particularly if McLarty is injured.
I’d go with a smaller forward line and replace him with Fasolo.

I can’t be bothered listing the changes I’d like to see, but I suspect the crowd will be the worst home crowd for us in a long, long time. Last night has taken what little wind we had out of our sails - regression just isn’t acceptable after so many years in the wilderness. Fingers crossed we come out and smash the Giants but I just can’t see it...

Giants destroying dogs atm.

We will beats GWS next week. Nothing sure than us firing up after a pathetic display the week before.

In: C.Brown, Mihocek, Wells, Fasolo
Out: Cox (susp), Smith (inj), Crocker (inj), Phillips (omit)

Mihocek to play down back, Moore up forward.
Wells to play forward pocket.

I’m giving Aish another game and I’ll play him off half back/wing instead of Phillips

This trade period Pies and WC were talking about a trade for him but Fas rejected it and wanted to pay back the club for the faith/help shown during last year.
Hopefully he does. Starting next weekend!

Well Hope he Does because he does not then I guess he be gone as a FA at Years End

If we win this week I'll f***** spew up! Same old same old.

Doesn't matter our list, not in the same league as gws - it's the best in the comp, our is so poorly managed and developed it's a joke. If they put in any effort they should win comfortably - if they don't I don't know who's worse us or them.

FMD!

Varcoes first season was reasonable though probably only appeared better than it was because quite frankly we weren't expecting much to begin with.

He layed a couple of good tackles last night but did little else and finished with 7 possessions and 0 goals.

The biggest problem with Varcoe is that he simply doesn't kick goals and as a forward that's a problem.

In 48 games for the club he's kicked 18 goals.

In comparison he kicked 62 goals across 44 games in 2010/11 for Geelong.

Fair to say that player is long gone.

He surely must be on borrowed time once Elliott, de Goey and Wells are fit to return.
