Am I high on crack cocaine, or did I just read we have 5 players "racing against time" to be fit for this Sat???? Why in the hell would we be risking players health/fitness in the position we are in????
Rest them. Get 'em in for surgery. Whatever.
Number 1 priority from here is to have EVERY player fit and available day 1 of pre-season.
why can't we have both.gif

Weird. We should be putting this team away (subject to player availability obviously). They hate Docklands, we love it, they're worse than us - some achievement in itself. We should be planning to torch them.
Really should be an eight goal win.

Comben wont play (groin) - couldn’t run a lap today and left the track early.

Fisher will miss again.

Corr off legs due to rolled ankle but will be fine.

McKercher will be fine.

Ford will be fine.

So out: chom, shiels and rhj
In: Finnbar, colby and ford

Easy changes this week.

IN: McKercher Fisher Ford
OUT: Stephenson Stephens Hansen Jr

B: Archer Corr Comben
HB: Fisher Logue Powell
C: McKercher LDU Scott
HF: Duursma Teakle Ford
F: Zurhaar Larkey Curtis
R: Xerri Sheezel Wardlaw
I: Simpkin Phillips McDonald Shiels
S: Tucker

That there would be the strongest 22 we have fielded in a long long time.
Good side! The only changes I’d make are Comben CHF. Teakle on bench. McDonald to start on field in defence.

Sub to be Shiels or Stephens rather than Tucker who can be moved to the bench.

Corr sounds like he might struggle to get up, one of the Dawson's to replace him ?
Seems like the logical choice.

Also, even though he had a quiet one in the VFL last week this is the perfect game to get Hardeman in and build some confidence at AFL level.

The kid is going to be bloody good I hope he gets a few more games under the belt and then a big preseason for next year.

Hardeham?
According to some people here on North Bigfooty he should be delisted and out of the club.
Yes Hardeham will be a good player if given the opportunity and the next 2 games would perfect for him to play in but unfortunately it won’t happen unless there’s a miracle.

if Chom is out injured, that’s a blow, he has been huge all season. And if Nankervis is back that reduces a massive advantage we’d have had in the ruck. But there is still plenty in North’s favour this week and I really hope we can get a solid win.

I's like to see Hasen Jr get another game.
I think its important to give young player a three or four game stint, to get use to the pace of Senior football before sending them to the 2nds.

Maybe we can all chip in and buy Bull some longer stops for his boots, Cam goes to ground far to often and too easily. No second effort when you're lying on the ground.

IN: McKercher Fisher
OUT: Stephenson Stephens

Don't think Clarko wrote the article mate.

I'm going to a Port Douglas game with my best mate who is a died in the wool Richmond supporter. When we get home he will watch the replay if they win and I will watch it either way. He hasn't become used to losing yet.

They have a lot out injured so we should win easily but it is the progression of the youngsters that is important at this stage of the season.

Xerri on Nankervis is worth the admittance fee itself. A scalp like this builds confidence in a players and in his team mates.

How soon we forget...

He might want to get used to it soon, for his own mental health's sake.
