Regarding Dev - Something to keep an eye on, have received info that the following is in play.

F3 to be offered by WCE for D.Robertson

Depending if Lions want more points this year, it will go to Richmond for 51 + 61 + 70, with those picks forwarded on.

Contingent on the T.Barrass deal - Hawks demanding that F3 at the moment.

If Tigers picks are involved, it only happens after S.Bolton and D.Rioli deals are officially complete.
Makes a lot of sense.

Given they’ll trade some out or take them to the draft?

We have to be front of the queue if they do it pre draft. Hawks F1 and our F2 should be enough for 11

Trade some out for futures

Didn't talk about list spots specifically but rather bringing in that many draftees all together could create cap issues down the track etc

With Clarke's connections at Richmond (and our possible Barrass picks) you would think we'd be front of the queue

Would hope we arn't handing over 51 + 61 + 70 to Brisbane.... 51 is 3rd round which is fair. Not worth more than 51 + 70.

Mmmmmmm, not quite the same thing. The forced hand just brought our deal up to about evens. The Baker deal was just diabolical!
Your club's shitty interference in Baker clearly pushed up his price. Your shitty club did the same thing with Kelly, so we've simply returned the favour with Bolton.

I look forward to WCE pumping up the price for every player requesting a trade to Freo from now on.

Well played Freo, you ****ed both clubs while maximising Richmond's draft hand.

Richmond have a massive amount of good draft picks, but don't forget it's because they won the spoon and have half a dozen senior players deserting them.

Do we prefer to be in Richmond's position? Genuine question.

Posted Twomeys tweet before about how Richmond almost have the same draft hand as GC and GWS when they started

Yet to see a flag between them

The Brisbane Lions have settled on Sam Day as another fwd/ruck option in the wake of Joe Daniher’s retirement. Lions should have the feet up tonight given Deven Robertson is now likely to stay, while delisted Sun Day is set to be added in the coming days barring any unforeseen curveball tonight.

Don't know what to tell you pal, you still paid overs for Baker. We paid what Bolton was worth, you haven't really bumped his price up at all.

Looking forward to the Eagles bringing the price of all of our future targets up to market value.

I’m told they made the tough call on veterans though.

Never mind they wanted to keep every single one of them, but they all wanted out.

They’ve done a great job getting value for them which is undeniable, but people saying “why didn’t we do that” when Richmond have done nothing but lose players they want to keep is funny.

“People don’t want to leave cause we’re soft and cushy” yes the top tier of Richmond’s list clearly couldn’t handle the grind on their way to romping the top five of their B+F. Lazy players wanting out. That’ll be it.

Freo didn't makes us fold like Superman on laundry day, that's on us.

Yes we've done great holding onto gaff, sheed, yeo and darling until the bitter end. Pick 1 and 30 did not exactly finalise our rebuild, and nor will pick this year. Richmond have clearly had a plan in place and are executing. Wce are a mess.
