You don’t baulk at a father son especially when you get them cheaper and when you wouldn’t otherwise have access to comparable talent. They’ll take a discount next year and live with it.

I am reading the complaints about our lack of Brownlow votes. Not sure why there is any surprise.

The Brownlow is a midfielder award.

Our midfield were terrible in 2022.

JK was our leader in the tally room and got votes for his farewell game and 1 other game.

Our 2 leading midfielder polled in 1 game each.

Also Tom Barrass took 18 marks and had 25 disposals, possibly the best stats by a kpd in 10 years and doesn't get a vote...
Norf game where they only just beat us, they got all the votes.
