Trying to polish a turd doesn’t change it’s a turdThe irony of Norwood v $turt being the RM Williams Cup is that RM Williams are made in Salisbury

That Mt Barker oval apparently becoming a bit of a white elephant
Currently without a summer or a winter tennant I believe due to costs
Maybe they could bulldoze and start again.
The old oval has its faults, the surface is shocking and there's a real lack of carparking. Mt Barker is a weird footy club, by far the biggest in the hills yet it has less supporters than most.Be interested to know the thoughts of any Mt Barker Football Club people.
Whenever I drive past their ground it looks like I great place to play, in amongst the town and seems like it’d have a great atmosphere with 300-500 people there.
By contrast the new oval looks like it’d be pretty soulless.
I’ve been told the cost is the primary issue, but is the new facility even that great for a local footy club?
Quite a property
Coming back to the BaysWhen did he play for Geelong?
