in the fitness economy... there's no way you sub the dude on 49% game time, the sub is the one chance to inject run. disagree with Berry coming off, but Gollant is SUCH an "almost" player. 8.0 looks great, and it's the one thing that can directly translate from SANFL to AFL, goal kicking... but you gotta get the ball first - sub the dog.

We have seen Nicks defensive strategy this year. We have seen our decent contested game. We score heavily when we can gain control and play uncontested footy.

If Nicks is successful at getting 3 things we can do competitively well with this list, he's a genius.

I think a factor in that is Port are playing chaos ball ie get it forward with kicks off the ground and tap ons etc
