So much for the 'extra security'. A wand (that's had its sensitivity reduced to not detect wallets and phones) and that's it.

No 20 minute queue at least, so that's a good thing I suppose.
Thats just shit.
Seriously though, if you were a suicide bomber you would just wait till the end of the game and wait at an exit or bridge. No security at all.

Doesn't make as big a psychological impact.

But the increased security is a bit dumb tbh. Terror attacks have been happening in the west for over a decade now. Increasing security for a month after each one is piss weak.

No they're going 'the rain will bring them down to Otten's pace' route

Haha... shit.

Pretty much.

Most of the security measures are jus. A deterrent for the dumb bastards.

Any of them with half a brain, and the willingness to die... not a lot you can do to stop them.

Dont forget - any of you buggers going tonight that want to feature on the half time show, I'll be doing it live at the ground, so keep an eye on the CrowCast thread for my location.

Whereabouts?

Gonna be a Crows record low crowd tonight I reckon.

Could swing a cat on this train

Pissing down - any late changes?
Hopefully with the slippery conditions last week, our players will quickly adjust.

Just done the bolt from home to bus stop & soaked.

Looking forward to another red wine (after surviving my mates 6 magnums for his birthday bash) undercover in the east wing.

No if we win it's "Cant change a winning team"

and if we lose it's "back in our players to respond"

So basically we never make changes apart from injuries.
I'm probably wrong but if we lose another home game in a similar fashion then the axe comes. That'll be 3 losses out of 4 with Geelong away to come

It's raining, the anticipation of another Ross Lyon special, the memory of being smashed by Melbourne, and to top it off, thorough checks of every bag at the gate. Will be lucky to get 35,000.
44000

Does it rain more days than not? no.
No. It's been a dry autumn but was a wet summer.

Bottom line it's wet tonight & the players better be prepared for wet weather footy.

No over use with handball thanks.
