May have been, but he* reported on the weekend that the parties had reached agreement and went through the picks that were changing hands, and then the paperwork was lodged about 8.30 Monday morning Perth time.

Having said all that, the fact that no-one else including Trade Radio has jumped on the story is a bit baffling.
