Being out of the relegation zone after 6 games is not the same as being out of it after 20 games. He averaged 0.83 points per match, RVN is at 0.80.Cooper had you out of the relegation zone, Ruud has you second bottom and has lost 5 in a row.
Your weird want to try and justify Cooper continues to mystify me but go off I guess.

Not to mention Ruud's tenure has thrown in a lot more of the top teams that Cooper didn't have to face.
So far he's faced Villa (a), City, Liverpool (a), Newcastle (a) in his time. Not exactly surprising we haven't fared well.

Who does Ange report to? Surely someone is suggesting to him to play a bit differently.
Unsure. However hope it continues. Arsenal have won 12 points from 12 in his time there against Arteta. That’s fine by me

Will Ange continue? Now firm favourite as next manager to leave.

Everton is next, then Leicester after Europa. Failure to win either of those, and he'll be in strife.
I just checked the table, took me a while to find Spurs however eventually I see they are in 13th with the 5th best GD in the league. That’s wild.
I agree that Ange is in trouble but I think the change will be made at end of season.
A new manager put in now is going to have such a difficult job. They still have a large injury list and the club are still in all cup competitions despite poor league form.
I don't think there is an experienced manager available right now that they can put in to salvage the season.
I think the chairman is content to ride it out with Ange. If they get knocked out of the cups, maybe that might force his hand to make the change during the season.

There was a great comment on the bbc website. A bloke said " I finally understand why the commentators refer to Tottenham as one of the big 6 clubs. It is because they are 6th in the EPL of the London clubs".
The odds of a top10 finish are interesting. Spurs are 9th in the betting, so the market os assuming a recovery. They do have some very good players missing, so Ange can't help that but surely someone is telling him to try to concede less goals.

There's been some pretty positive signs with the way we are playing apart from the game you smacked us in. Obviously inconsistent as hell. Ange needs to be brave Sunday and play Bergvall, and then make the call on either which of the less consistent Bissouma or Maddison plays, and play Kulucevski in a CM role. Now we have Richarlison and Mikey Moore back involved we can be a bit braver and strategic with our team selction.
Still only have 4 fit bodies to play in our back 4, which includes an 18 year old CM

That sounds about right. They are not going to get a top 6 PL position that qualifies them for Europe nor are they going to be relegated. But if they can win one of the 3 cup competitions that would give them European qualification again. I can't see Ange being there next season but they might as well stick with him for now.

We are as close to relegation as we are a European spot. And i wouldn't rule us out for either of those entirely with what we've shown this season, the good can close the gap to 7th, the bad could easily get relegated

If you can't see the difference between those posts talking about the club and floggish posts like I'm supporting Spurs and then I'm no longer a fan I don't know what to tell you.
As much as a I can't stand the Arsenal team, their supporters on here are generally good value that you can have fun with. Other supporter bases would overreact to any of those posts
