lonergan was recuited for dept only hellbig yep what about arrnot hard as good skills

Arnot hard at it but has questionable skills. They only thing holding him back, but as a tagger might not matter that much.

I have concerns on Tuck, might be done, but saying that I thought he was gone 3 years ago and he proved me and many others wrong then.

I just think Ross Lyon has Richmond worked out.

From his days at the Saints and that's followed through to Freo.

I think the thing about tucky is he isn't irreplaceable anymore. Lonergen, helbig, Arnott, even vlastuin can replace him and play very similarly. Sure, might be a bit of short term pain. But plenty of long term gain

Pretty average mindset I would have thought.

Confident after watching us roll in and beat you at the G and back at Subi.

Thought we controlled both contests.

I agree with you with some 'buts':
- Game in Melbourne rained, turned the game with your mature bodies
- Game in Perth was stinking hot, Melbourne teams aren't used to it, added to the travel

Changes:
- A number of your mature players aren't going to be there
- Going to be perfect weather this Friday night
- Your form hasn't been great

Makes it pretty even

Freo were comfortable against a depleted WC, struggled but got over the line against the ultra crap Dogs, and in one of the worst games ever played somehow let the Bombers score their 3rd goal in the 3rd quarter and blow a 6 goal half time lead, and were pathetic against the Hawks.

They are in terrible form, and apart from a terrible 3rd quarter against the Pies our form has been solid, but not brilliant. If both teams play like the last 4 weeks we should win by 3-4 goals.

Weather will be perfect Friday.

No excuses either, won't be too hot or too cold for your fragile lil boys. ;)

In Vlastuin, Nahas, Helbig/Arnot
Out: Morris, Conca, maybe King

Looks like King will play. I like Helbig for Conca, Vlastuin for Morris.
Chaplin will miss, but don't need another big guy.
Nahas, or A Edwards, but only if McGuane goes back on Bradley (good match up if needed).

Stress reaction, pre-cursor to a stress fracture.

So,

Out: Chappy, Conca, Morris
In: Vlastuin, Helbig (BOG in the 2s), Batch/Dea.

The Conca news is not good, not good at all

For inside mids, we now have:

Cotchin - Gun, but usually tagged

Tuck - In shocking form

Conca - Out for 4-6

With Vlastuin still getting the tank needed to play games in the guts, I think he's the replacement for Morris (Dea has been okay, but I prefer Vlas).

So who does that leave us? Helbig or Arnot. Sounds like both have been okay at Coburg, but neither has been bashing the door down.

This is the problem then for me, after seeing Tuck blow up on Saturday, is he up for the challenge against Freo at Subi with its massive ground? I really don't want Cotch to be relying solely on Helbig and Arnot for inside support (just way too inexperienced), but if Tuck is going we will need a full game from him, and a full game of him circa 2012.

I'm not feeling good at all for this game now :(
