It’s like we went in with a predetermined plan and stuck with it even though Soligo had it 24 times before being subbed.

It was Nick's coaching that put the team in a position to be at worst 5.4 to 0.2 at quarter time. At worst. The players left the door open. Coach bashing is a bit over the top here.

It was Nicks' coaching that had them 3.6 to 0.2 at quarter time. Yes, Nicks is responsible, just as he is for 6.15 to 5.5 at 3/4 time.
It's up to him to stress to players how important it is to kick goals to finish off good team work ie to convert dominance to scoreboard pressure and wins. It's a part of his job.

It makes no sense. He was one of our best. Nick's gambled and he he lost all his money. Ridiculous by him

And then followed it up with two kicks directly to Collingwood players.
He's had enough chances by now and needs to be swapped out for Parnell
You can't have so called experienced players making those sorts of mistakes at that stage of a match

On the flip side, geez you have to be impressed with the way McRae gets the Pies to consistently play intelligent football at the death.

That's why Nicks was "outcoached".
McRae did what Nicks was unable to do.

Ugly:
Some of our backmen taking too long to kick the ball out of defence and it ends up smothered by the oppo. Doedee was one off the top of my head but there was others. Cost us a goal. Need to be quicker kicking it or just bloody handball it or sell the dummy.
