Lol. You admit you posted the ladder as a ' look at this' for improvement but when challenged you went to water

Dawson misses and Tex misses and I bet the ladder doesn't get posted or that article comes out.

What is good to see is we are putting ourselves close enough to win it at the death.
But neither missed so your point is invalid

And if Keays kicked longer and more accurately we'd be 5-1.

3 3 is about where we should sit. It could be argued that if Walker had been in the side against Freo we would have won that game. I also feel if Nick's had moved Sloane out of the midfield earlier we would have been a better side as well. He also stuffed up some of the selections such as Milera. I think our big improvement has come through improvements in our defence by Dawson going back and Frampton coming into the team which has shored up our defence and helped take the pressure off Butts and Doedee. Jones has also improved. We aren't leaking stupid goals like we were first two rounds and against Essendon. Dawson and Frampton are better ball users which has limited the turnovers. That's why another good ball user in Parnell may be worth a look if Brown needs a rest.

Gerard Whately just gave Keays his 'Tuesday Love'

Minor - but good to see some of our blokes gets some love from the Vic Media Mafia.
Kingy said he’d have Tex in his top 5 players if he’d played more than 3 games.

Have to agree with Whateley (which troubles me!) - Keays was the real catalyst for us on Saturday. His gut running was immense and bursting away from packs with the ball priceless.

Interesting split in the coaches votes.
5/4 for Doods
5/1 for Billy
4/0 and 2/2 for Keays and Libba
3/0 and 3/0 for ROB and Tex
1 for Tim O'Brien.

I saw GWS live last Friday, they were appalling. They did have a better patch in the 2nd quarter and got a couple of goals up, and a quick reply when StK got the next one, and held on to be 11 points up at half time. Some bad Max King misses (1.7 for the match) kept them in it. Preuss had a possession inside 50 early in the 3rd, would have put them 18 points up, but handballed straight to a defender with the GWS caught napping and it went straight down the other end for a goal. From there it was all StK. Giants only managed 1 goal after half time.

It was like watching us play last year.

So Bevo gave Tim O’Brien votes over Keays? Is that bloke serious?
