One particular player?

Chance Bateman, Shaun Burgoyne, Lance Franklin, Mark Williams, Brad Hill, Jed Anderson. Jarman Impey, Chad Wingard all played under Clarkson, have any of them made claims of this type of treatment?
This is a weak argument

You may be right but its like saying a teacher who interferes with a student is innocent because the other students said nothing happened to them

Disagree, all those fellow indigenous Hawks players have had plenty of opportunities to come forward, especially those that went to other clubs or retired. I don't want to go into it any further here but I suggest you read the Michael Long article I posted earlier to get an understanding why Cyril in particular seems to have a personal axe to grind.

Just such a weird take?

Because it didn't happen to others, means that it must not have happened to the people making these claims?

Huge logical leap.

Well it appears we are about to find out, in Cyril's case his uncle Michael Long is on the record stating Cyril has personal issues.

How does having 'personal issues' (whatever that means) preclude experiencing racial discrimination?

For those on the 'no evidence' train, this is a civil matter decided on the balance of probabilities. It's not unusual for a case like this to be based on people's individual recollections but that won't necessarily mean the club faces no liability. It could still be that the Court finds the evidence presented by the claimants more persuasive than that provided by the club.

Worth also noting that nobody is found innocent in our system: even if the claim is ultimately unsuccessful, that doesn't mean the events (or something in the ballpark) didn't occur, only that the evidence wasn't able to demonstrate the claim to the required standard.
