Nah. Fitzroy just before they folded were worse than this. Their best players were plundered for bigger money until there was just nothing left.

I dunno, Fitzroy only became this uncompetitive late in 96 when it was obvious they were going under. Even then, they only lost a bottom of the table clash by 15 points.

They were fairly poor in ‘94 and ‘95 also. They had a combined 8 wins in their final three years.

There will be tanking again but its far too early in the season for those shenanigans. Still seeing it in the NBA even with the lottery and probably other sports with drafts.

Poor West Coast aren't any chance of winning games while 75% of their best 22 are out injured. None look like coming back any time soon, so the drubbings aren't going to stop for a while.

Really not to sure where Reid ends up next year - WCE are arguably more interested in swath of really players rather one exceptional player. For current top 4 teams, the opposite is true. Will be an interesting draft period.

In 2022 we were losing almost every week by 10 goals or more, including a 108 point loss to Brisbane and a 112 point loss to Geelong. Only won 2 games for the entire season with a 55% on the bottom. Our injury list wasn't a patch of what you guys are currently suffering now either. We were worse.
