That's the gauge I got from Joyce the other day on SEN...and that I was telling my dad earlier that it won't surprise me if we are looking at him.I feel he is heading this way.
Every time that movies turns up in a thread....it sickens me. Along with the thought of people wanting Lennon hah
Hartung has been delisted
Surely we could shape him into a player.Clay Beams has been delisted.
He epitomised a crab.Clay Beams has been delisted.
Cheers. Strong finish. I say get him in. Takes Gibsons position. Doesn't work out then we delist him.Hartungs player ratings from 2017. Bit up and down, but there's some decent performances amongst it and he looked like he was a bit more consistent towards the end of the year. Still not sold though, does he have any upside or is this his level? If it is, i wouldn't bother.
Linked well off a wing and provided good run when required. 21 possessions and a goal a handy contribution.6
2-
3Senior emergency.
4GeelWet rag sort of performance. Just doesn’t hurt opposition when he gets the pill. One clearance and two inside-50s.3
5WCEToo cute at times with disposal and decisions, but won his fair share of ball to play a role.6
6StK12 touches, but little impact overall. Needs to start hurting opponents with his speed. Just doesn’t do it right now.5
7MelbProvided run off a wing and was pivotal in helping side get out to a lead in first half with 13 disposals. 7
8BrisPositive performance with 26 disposals. Supplied much needed pace and class on the outside. 6
9CollRan hard and got involved but continues to be found wanting in his game.4
10Bye.
11VFLSix inside 50s and 21 touches on the day. Okay but didn’t set the world on fire.-
12GCSWon the ball but his skill level and decision-making was atrocious. Not sure he’s part of the future at the club.2
13Bye.
14AdelWon 17 uncontested possessions and hurt the Crows with his leg speed and outside run.6
15CollTheme continued. Wins ball but second guesses himself at times and skills let him down.5
16GWS25 possessions and five inside 50’s. Didn’t catch the eye and ¾ of his touches were uncontested.4
17GeelRun and carry was a concern to the Cats all afternoon; 22 disposals, three inside-50s and 355 metres gained.7
18FremGave the team some run and collected 20 possessions.6
19Syd15 disposals off the bench, played his part.6
20RichRunning link player got a lot of his 17 possessions backward of centre. Loves to **** it up at times. 4
21NMProductive afternoon with 26 disposals and a goal. One of his better games for the year.6
22CarlProvided a game highlight with a 6 bounce dash in the second term. Played one of his best games for the club. 8
23WBWingman found enough of the TW Sherrin and importantly didn’t butcher it like he can; 23 possessions.
He's a bloke with no position.
Can't play as a mid. Not quick enough to stay forward and be a goal sneak. Not big enough to impact physically.
He's a brown-haired Ben Warren.

Round 21 played well against us.
Welcome to North Billy.....
We'd be better off persisting with Shane Harvey, Michael Stevens and Ben Schwarze.Surely we could shape him into a player.
Good analogy. He is as soft as Sebastian
Sebastian makes Cale Morton look like a UFC contenderEvery time that movies turns up in a thread....it sickens me.
The Faz-raz of this year is Wellingham imo. I've always liked him and still think he has a fair bit to give, but if we were going down that route why didnt we just keep Mullett??Seems to me that we have delisted a lot of players - a couple of which surprised me - and now have a fair few list spots to fill.
It doesn't make sense to me for us to fill those list spots with draftees this year, ie using 5th and 6th round picks, when we are clearly planning to fill our boots next year.
Therefore I'm open to drafting a few DFA's on 1 year contracts to tide us over. And if we're doing so then for me the FazRaz principle applies - I want blokes who are mature enough to accept their lot in life, are at least hard at it (even if limited), can cop with playing a lot of VFL and be a bit of a mentor to the kids there, are prepared to run both ways and can come in and play a role if our depth is tested through injuries.
So yeah, basically 2016 FazRaz, who I thought came to the club with little respect and left with a lot.
Unless they have a remarkable career renaissance in 2018, they'd be sacrificed at the alter of the 2019 draft. But in the meantime a player or two like that could be more valuable than a long shot kid taken deep in the draft IMO.

Trent Mckenzie or hartung
Lennon and O'Rourke if they get delisted
