so jack really is fergus's brother and the son of the former saints chief.. It all makes sense now.. Haha
Wrong Jack Watts mate, Jack Watts is a bottom ager this year, and is only in year 12 next year. No chance in hell he could have been drafted last year, way to young.
incorrect... he has always said he's staying in Melbourne to finish school next year, no matter where he is drafted... however this doesn't mean he won't play AFL next year, especially when he's selected by Melbourne...
So? doesn't mean he won't play.
Patrick Dangerfield and Addam Maric both stayed at school and played some AFL footy.
Hell, Dangerfield went to school in Geelong and still played for the crows.

i don't think Butcher will play much footy in his first year TBH, unless he bulks up dramatically in the next year and a half

Bottom line, the players are in the AFL, they aint duds, they were learning a new gameplan. They will have to be better next season.
You would HOPE we'd be better than last season.
I think Jack looks as if he will be a great prospect. But I would like to know the opinions of some other opposition supporters (not melbourne fans, I know you know alot but it looks so certain it borders on bias) think of him.
