If you are going toplay the high and mighty card you really should get your facts right.

There is no such thing as an AVO in Victoria. They are called Intervention Orders. No V and no Violence. Anyone can take them out for just about anything and yes sadly they are thrown around like confetti.

The actual breach of the intervention order may be a different matter and while we are always keen to play the ‘moral card’ against opposition supporters until the facts are know we should reserve comment. The mere fact that an Intervention Order is in place does not, in itself, mean a whole lot.

The funniest thing is its one of the Saints supporters thats going off about it.

Sorry thought u and Baldur were the same person. If you read what he wrote, what i replied makes perfect sense. I wasnt having a dig at ur club at all, just at the fact that this guy wants Gram sacked but if it was Riewoldt or Dal Santo he'd have a different set of rules.

The Moorabbin Magistrates Court was told Gram was charged in September with two counts of breaching an intervention order and bailed on his own undertaking.
He continued to contact the woman after he was bailed.

Yeh no sympathy. But in terms of criminal activity this is pretty minor.
Shouldnt affect his ability to earn a living playing football. Maybe a warning from the club and a small fine?

A lot of people have court orders made against them all the time for parking fines, unpaid telephone bills and the like.

The actual breach of and why he breached the court order is what is relevant here.

And it appears as though the breaches were not violent so therefore it is not a breach of a Violence order.
