After missing out on Dunkley and Graham met up with JHF Saturday morning. Convinced him and his family to pull the trigger now and not next year.

Port are all about PR, no way they don't announce to the world the news as soon as they know. As they did Dunk and Graham.

Plus if they were getting either Dunkley or Graham there is no trade capital for JHF.

Still need to appease WCE for Rioli as well.

I suspect you're correct about the timing.

The Clarkson debacle has also helped to create the opportunity to get this done now rather than next year. I doubt this is some Machiavellian coup by our recruiters, we've just been incredibly lucky in this instance.

Having said that, it's good to see two highly rated SA origin talents coming back to Adelaide.
