Agree - yet we've had it for 12 years
How many fans have actually told the club we dont want it? That we want wings? I emailed the club earlier in the year, but if I'm the only one it wont make much of a difference

I quite like the tri-stripe. I didn't used to, but it grew on me.
I'd MUCH rather have the yellow peril at home though.

I can live with this, if for no other reason than to put it to the acid test and determine beyond doubt whether it works or not.
What disturbs me is the fact that the AFL seems to be changing its mind depending on whether its a final or not. Is getting the league to make a decision and stick with it really so much to ask for?

I'm just having a look at footyjumpers.com.au now to jog my memory, and I really like almost all of your tops. The 2000-2002 away top was a travesty, and I don't like the white clash you've been using since 2010 (like the Hawks' away guernsey it looks like a basketball top), but the rest are superb.
I love both your traditional and tricolour designs, both the dark and light ones. If you took the cartoon eagle from the front they'd be even better. I'm a fan of simplicity, though. The best tops have solid colours and simple designs.

I don't mind the tri colour but the yellow peril and the reverse of it are the best designs we have. The Eagles colours are blue and gold and it'd be nice if we could stick that way.
Do we really need a jumper with white on as a "clash" strip as I find it unlikely with the yellow peril or reverse, that we can't get out of a clash situation with either.
Also with using those 2 1 can be the clash as applicable.

Yeah something needs to be done. The big Vic teams have worn the same guernsey's for a century and make it quite clear they will never stray from that.

WC will cop it sweet because they're spineless. They should stand up for themselves and stop being cowards. Fight fire with fire. Don't meekly hobble back into your kennel with your tail between your legs and head bowed.
What about Collingwood telling the AFL that due to them finishing higher on the ladder, they get the choice. Fat chance our weak lap dog for an administration would do likewise. Shameful WC; your inaction shames the club as a whole and makes a mockery of it, which then brings scorn. How can you expect respect when your inaction deserves the opposite. Get ****ed you useless bunch of pussies! Just GTFO and let real men with intestinal fortitude and bollocks run the show, the club will be better for it.
For how much longer are the Eagles going to pander to the AFL? When there's injustice and double standards, stand up and fight you weak-willed plebs. Don't compromise, even on small issues, for even just one occurrence leaves you in a predicament the next time you're asked to roll over and take one for them.
I love watching the team play, and I support them in their efforts, but I have nothing but contempt for the administration due to them allowing themselves to be walked on ever since the Cousins saga.
