karma for Libba

although I despise Libba for what he done in re: to his comments on the footy show about Carlton Tanking, NO MAN deserves to be taken for everything they have got.

Believe me, I have been through one divorce & only walked out with the clothes on my back & my kids beds & clothing & oh yeah, I took a tv as there was 2 of those & a fridge as there was 2 of those as well.
Other than that, I re-built from ground up.

I have now re-married to a wonderful man, He has a good Job (but then I have a fulltime job as well) & I keep on telling him that if anything ever happened to us where we got a divorce, I would want no money from his superannuation (that belongs to him & he has worked a long time for that & hard for that as well) BUT I will take whatever we have 2 of......
what's his is his

I am sick & tired of these females that take guys for what they are worth...she prob only married him for the notoritity & the money & now that's gone she doesn't know what to do, but Libba's ex makes it sound like she is doing it for the kids education......yeah right lady!.......I sympathise for you men who get taken for a ride......

I thought you were man a the start of this post - sorry - made me laugh.

Yeah I agree with you, pretty sad really - I live in London where pre nups dont hold up - women fly to teh U.K. from Europe and then Initiate divorce as they know the courts here are pathetic (heather mills got $20million a year for three years with Macca - half a million a week for her efforts - aus $60 mill all up).

The E.U. has issued a directive against the U.K. courts for being sexist - the judges here think women are too hopeless to look after themselves hence the archaic legislation).

Its pretty simple really - it should have no gender bias - end of story.

Imagine taking Gold MEdals off Cathy Freeman - outrage.

Having said that - if there is nothing else and there are always circumstances.

But taking his footy medals COME ON !

aint karma great:eek: . the bloke has 3 kids so jane should take whatever she wants to feed them kids, i heard he is a tightass when it comes to spending money on his children. suck it up libba you deserve what you get little man.

Take his house, Take his cars, Take his Kids, Take all his money, Take everything he has but leave him with his brownlow medal...I would love to see this worthless piece of shit have to sell his medal just to get by..haha!

Aside from tb69, audas and BD this thread's sentiment is disgraceful and distasteful. Obviously this break-up has been on-going and is more than likely a major influence on his recent poor judgements in the media.

We follow a great footy team people but treatment of our fellow man is how we are judged in the end. Think about your own comments if you want to talk about karma - a concept I'm not sure many have an accurate handle on. Most see it as some simplistic form of revenge I think.

tb, you are obviously a class act and whilst I think there are always two sides to any argument and individual cases should be treated as just that, I sense you have done it tough and come out the other side a stronger, more enlightened person. Hats off to you.

Sad news for the bloke. Love him or hate him you wouldn't wish divorce or death against even your best enemy. C'mon some of you need to grow up. I'm no big Libba fan but I'm not going to say he deserves this!

I heard the divorce came about cos his missus asked him "Does my bum look big in this"

All of us know the answer to that question before looking at said bum....... except for little Libba.

He felt compelled to tell the truth......cos that's the kind of guy he is.... he's just an honest bloke.

in defence he just went with his gut feeling...

some of u are heartless...
divorce is f*ckin horrible..
he'd be goin through hell right now.. and an acomplishment like winning a brownlow is an amazing personal achievement that i think he should have right of keeping with him until the day he dies, for me things like that should be priceless...
although he dicked us, remember he was approached.. and it was business, not his personal life...

he should'nt have to sell it..

Agree 100% with this, some of the comments in here are a disgrace.

Geez some of you are harsh,

Thought the bloke was an idiot after the footy show debacle however he does not deserve this.

His wife and himself need to sort this out but he earnt that Brownlow and he should not be compelled to sell it.

He earnt that Brownlow not his wife!!.

I hope it is resolved amicably
