The certainties are probably White and Krakouer from the main list. From there is anyone's guess. I hope we consider paying out Neade if we can't trade him. I'd likely consider keeping Lobbe until his contract expires if we can't broker a trade with him as well.

Monfries will get another year if he plays games this year.

In terms of rookies, Hewett is gone and Snelling could be too. Irra should be, but may be given another year.

The same reasons all clubs have so many players out of contract make this thread uneducated guesswork until the CBA is finalised.

I still think we're going to see a Jake Neade for Lindsay Thomas trade. Norf are rebuilding so they most likely wouldn't be opposed to trading out their 30 year old crumber for a 23 year old crumber who hasn't quite been AFL standard for us but also isn't a total spud. We're looking closer to a contender so the age thing makes less difference to us, and is probably irrelevant anyway as I'd struggle to see Neade getting another contract with us. Thomas is undoubtedly a better player than Neade right now.

Ah Chee just played his best game for the year and you want him traded?

I think we can move Neade and Lobbe to the delist pile, can't see anyone interested though Lobbe's contract may keep him on our list.

So Hombsch has only played 67 games! Unreal.

if the year keeps going as it is i would seriously be looking at trading Hartlett for a late 2nd rounder and Lobbe for next to nothing just to lift the pressure from the salary cap and it will give us the ability to go after a free agent, I would also look at trading Westhoff if a club offer a 2nd rounder.

Also would anyone be interested in trading lobbe for tippet, im pretty certain sydney would be looking at moving him on unless he takes a serious pay cut and personally i would rather have him than lobbe, Longmire might think he can make something of lobbe, chances are Tippett will end up at the GC

Thomas is much worse than Neade and thats saying something. Would offer nothing to our side.

Gray & Achee I don't agree on multiple years, 1 would suffice (don't see them as different to Young)

Why give Westhoff "multiple years" at his age?
Ah Chee has barely shown consistency at afl level, victim of the moment I think.
Don't think Sam Gray deserves "multiple years" either.
Frampton has improved.
Bonner and Snelling both should be on the keep list.
Ladhams has shown great signs for a young rookie ruck who can go forward.

Agreed. Frampton has all the attributes, the right attitude and is only getting better.
