It's not like she's pretending to be a professional commentator, she's a player

Why? Commentary would be bloody hard. I couldn't do it... most couldn't and wouldn't attempt it given the opportunity. Surely she has a pinch of self awareness and knew she couldn't do it. We don't need to coddle incompetence.
