Dittmar saying during the trial game commentary that Ricciuto keeps telling him that to stop Ports you just need to stop Dixon. How'd that work out on Saturday?
Yep Clinton was a major loss classy caller, great voice & without the emotionally drenched rubbish that comes with Gerhard Whiteley.Clinton Grybus was a star performer. He passed away a month before his 33rd birthday.
To benchmark Clinton's career against Dennis' and Bruce's, you have to look at what Dennis had achieved by 1982 and Bruce by 1986. Clinton had achieved more on bigger stages than the other two had by the time they were both 33 years old.

Commentators, umpires and AFL officials. Three groups who should be willing to stand in the background and let the players and game take centre stage. Three groups who've acted like they are in an unofficial competition the last decade or so to instead see who can most make it all about them and what they can do for/to the game.Commentating is best when you don't notice it

Just another reason why the SANFL wants them at Thebby.Speaking of AAMI stadium there is a reader contribution in today's InDaily that relates to a story they ran last week about the Crow's rebuild. Written by Phillip Groves it refers to the ongoing lease for the land occupied by the main oval and office facilities as negotiated in 2008, with the financial details confirmed by John Olsen in 2014.
Groves' calculation of the present value cost to the SANFL of just maintaining that land until 2048 (when the lease expires) will be in the range of $48m- $68m, 'potentially exceeding the reported 2014 $71m sale of the whole West Lakes football precinct sans the main oval'.

I noticed the same. Those Bulldogs though, hey.Two episodes of AFL360 in and its like the Port v Crows game never happened
Lets just talk about Zak Williams' pretty standard one week suspension ad nauseum though, like anyone but Carlton fans care.I noticed the same. Those Bulldogs though, hey.

Used Port the same way.Because Whateley spends nearly all his time pushing an elitist, virtue signalling agenda of the mainstream (fake) left he feels the need to find some common ground with battling, working class people somewhere. The Western Bulldogs provides him with that outlet.
