Pick 19: I would be stoked if we can get Jed Lamb or Kieran Harper
Pick 37: Tape or Watson would be fantastic
Pick 54: Whatever.

ArmaHawk I think we have arguably the best HFF of all time on our list in Buddy. I want to see Buddy on the HFF (with a licence to roam); Schoey at CHF in a lead up role; and, Roughy playing out of the Goal Square.
So, I want us to chase Issac Smith / Seb Tape kind of guys to play CHB / HBF roles.
Sounds like a really interesting choice Knightmare. I certainly wouldn't be upset if the hawks picked him up and we do need an outside player with pace.
One thing I would say is that I note you were thinking of taking a ruckman with the hawks second pick. I reckon that is pretty unlikely for the hawks unless there is someone with real talent around as the hawks have 5 rucks on the books already and have taken a young ruck in the last two drafts. Maybe looking more for another defender in the Seb Tape mould. Then again you never know.
Tom Hickey is a QLD zone selection. Next time I update my draft he won't be in my draft order. So I think it is likely Hawthorn wait till the rookie draft.
Lycett at 19 is available (very unlikely) is a very good option and well worth consideration. Was very, very close to being my selection.
Ben Jacobs also, while I expected him to be available I don't think he will be on draft day. Will have an immediate impact from season 1 and also very nearly took him.
As a rookie Russell Gabriel would be a really nice option. Had a great season in the VFL and could be a good immediate ruckman.
As a project rookie ruckman I really like Andrew Phillips and I think while raw now, with time he could develop into a Mark Jamar type ruckman and follow a similar path.
Not sure Seb Tape is the answer and didn't really consider him because I don't feel he is the right fit for this team. Probably ready to play from season 2. Not quite sure Hawthorn need another 3rd tall defender. If anything a big bodied defender should be the aim if one comes available, but if not then Shoenmakers is fine. He is still growing and might get to 191/192cm and can play some key position back but would struggle against some of the bigger forwards. So not really a big improvement on what you already have for mine.
On draft day Lamb is a likely one.
I expect Prestia, Darling and possibly Watson to drop and probably for Jacobs, Lycett and I.Smith to go a little higher.

I think you will find that Shoey is 195/196cm and has put on so much muscle in the past year that people were calling him Dolph. For this reason I believe we are right for key backs and certainly don't need anymore 3rd tall defenders as you stated, and our drafting should revolve around targeting the best fleet of footballers in the draft.
Herald Sun released their phantom draft
Apparently around pick 12 they're expecting the Demons to pick up a player that resembles Luke Hodge. If that's true, how the hell will he be available at pick 12?

Just picked Isaac Smith at 19 in the bigfooty phantom draft for the Hawks.

Also just a side note. There is word that Matt Watson might slide into the 2nd round on draft day. So the possibility of him being available at 19 is more possible than many bigfooty users realise.
Would be a great physical presence down back if available. Really like his game. Big bodied. Good one on one. Booming 60m kick. Not super fast and he could get exposed by some of the faster forwards which is why he might slide. Could play a couple of games from season one, but certainly wouldn't play 20+ games, 10 would be a very good return for the kid. From season 2 would start to really push hard for a regular position.
Those I view as potential options include: Jayden Pitt, Scott Lycett, Isaac Smith, Matt Watson and Jed Lamb. (2-3 of these could easily be taken by pick 19).
Billie Smedts and Kieran Harper I don't consider any chance. Both on talent are worth top 10 selections, but should both be gone by 15. Both dream picks.
Well it certainly cant be a better draft then the one Hodge was in.
Perhaps there mistaken?
Maybe they meant Hahn?
I see they have named Jed Lamb as our 1st pick
have u guys heard much about Shannon Rioli?
In every phantom draft i've seen, he isn't rated anywhere in the first 100! does anyone know anything about him?
