Richo is deserved favourite but today will give him some credits. Honestly I think the blowtorch will come on Worsfold. They would want to respond very well in the coming weeks.

The noose would be tightening around Richo's neck if today is anything to go by.

Played what is quite likely the worst team in the comp and very easily our easiest looking game in the first 9 rounds, yet only just scraped over the line, at home.

That said, he's not exactly been helped by losing our two best down back, in Carlisle and Roberton, in particular.

That (and Brown's suspension) resulted in 3 of our back 7 today (including the two key defensive posts) having just 8 or so games experience between them, which is not exactly ideal!

If I were North I'd have thrown the kitchen sink at Simmo, he'd probably at the very least think about coaching the team he once loved and played for.
