As well as a Brownlow inside 40 games. But he won an under 19's B&F, so he's better than Daicos!

He won't respond he will have none of itSheezel currently has Nicki cover, better 26 games so far, better 1st season, better output at the same age
The length of this thread for a player hardly into his career epitomizes the Victorian centricity of bigfooty.
Imagine if Naicos played for GWS, Gold Coast or Brisbane. His name barely be mentioned on the main board.
2.5, 23.4%Does anyone have the numbers on how many of his kicks in 2023 were from kick-ins? Will be interesting to see if his numbers drop off as a pure mid and if that affects his Brownlow chances
15% of his kicks were from kick ins last year2.5, 23.4%
He probably has him sitting at number 51 right now . He won't even set the parameters and let us know what they are. It might be, if he takes a contested mark, that will move him up to inside the top 50 perhaps.Given Fadge’s love I imagine that he’ll imagine Nicki as pushing top 20 by the end of the season (i.e. expect Fadge to be ticking multiple players off each round).
15% of his kicks were from kick ins last year
He does play that position better in my opinion. Its his only viable position, a non-existent defensive HB

What on earth do you think the parameters are?He probably has him sitting at number 51 right now . He won't even set the parameters and let us know what they are. It might be, if he takes a contested mark, that will move him up to inside the top 50 perhaps.
The same Player Ratings that had Bobby Hill ranked the 13th best player on the ground in the 2023 Grand Final...AFL official player ratings:
N Daicos 2022 averaged 9.87
H Sheezel 2023 averaged 10.24
So yeah the experts who guess might have rated Daicos better but the experts who actually watch every piece of play and tally the value of what the player has contributed rated Sheezel higher of the 2 debut seasons.
The same player ratings that also had Woewoddin no where near a Brownlow in 2000?The same Player Ratings that had Bobby Hill ranked the 13th best player on the ground in the 2023 Grand Final...
The Fadgelow medal doesn't countHence why it's not even worthy of a response.
Not to mention, this thread was made on the back of Daicos' second year, where he performed as arguably the best player in the competition (and undisputedly as one of the best two players).
You tell us- it's your personal list . * albeit a top 49 footballers coz you have john nicholls in there twiceWhat on earth do you think the parameters are?
I have list my personal list of the top 50 footballers to have ever played the game at VFL/AFL level.
Once he (in my view) overtakes each of those players, the list will be updated...
Any truth in the rumour he has demanded another Collingwood player goes and gets the ball after an opposition behind and handballs it backwards to Daicos so he can take the kickins?
My database was corrupted and it reported John Nicholls twice, when the second reference should have been Simon Madden. You tell us- it's your personal list . * albeit a top 49 footballers coz you have john nicholls in there twice
What does Nick need to do to break into your esteemed list ?
You have an 8 time All Australian and brownlow medalist at number 50.My database was corrupted and it reported John Nicholls twice, when the second reference should have been Simon Madden.
It has since been corrected.
Of course he’d get mentioned… by Collingwood fans… telling us how he’d be heading home once his contract was up.The length of this thread for a player hardly into his career epitomizes the Victorian centricity of bigfooty.
Imagine if Naicos played for GWS, Gold Coast or Brisbane. His name barely be mentioned on the main board.
Indeed. You have an 8 time All Australian and brownlow medalist at number 50.
Nick aint breaking into this list anytime soon....
