Hopefully the Suns can put an end to the Carlton love fest, Hawthorn also brought back to reality too.
Unless something extraordinary happens Carlton’s percentage is going to be near 100. A better reflection of how they’ve played so far this year as they could’ve easily been 0-3 if things hadn’t fallen their way.

After how woeful they were round 1 the Saints have really turned things around. Should be around the mark to play finals. King starting to look very good.
Round 1 can have some strange results. In 04 Melbourne got belted by hawthorn then went on to win 7 in a row, meanwhile hawthorn finished bottom 4. I feel in round 1 saints choked it rather than Collingwood playing well.

Carlton been very lucky to be in the position they are in, could have easily dropped one of the Bulldogs or hawthorn games.

the Suns had a bad game against GWS last weekend but aside from that they've been impressive so far this season. Have got some slick inside mids.
Probably should have been much further in front at half time, lacking a bit of experience and wasted their chances which allowed Carlton to regain momentum just before half time. I missed early part of the 3rd but it looks like they managed to capitalise and gain a match winning lead. The last they probably tired out a bit but also had the game won and cue was in the rack. Teams tend to not go on the belt the opposition anymore, It felt more like a 50 point win which would have happened 20 years ago.

Agree on Carlton. All three wins haven't been overly-convincing and the Suns gave their midfield (minus Cripps admittedly) a nice old touch up.

Unsure what the make of the Saints. My impression is they have a hard-working blue-collar midfield which isn't particularly talented. They play a decent contested game but they can definitely get bogged down by other hard-working, contested teams like Collingwood.

They are hugely ruck dependent - have been for a few years now. If they can get Paddy out there and playing it makes a vast difference. A challenging task though give age and injury history

LOL Carlton! I think everyone except for Carlton fans knew they would go back to doing Carlton things sooner rather than later. Another pretender found out. A premiership really is there for the taking for us this year. I'd actually be surprised if we didn't win it and win it easily if we stay relatively healthy. The top teams are wafer thin this season...

Yeah hard to get a good gauge on them, they've had from behind in two wins but once they get it on their terms they have shown they can pile on the goals quickly. 64 points in a row against any team is quite the effort. Certainly in good form atm but still need to see a few more games.

Wouldn't call them impressive. Beat the Eagles top ups and weren't much chop against us.

I'd say they've as average as a bunch of other teams.

West Coast cant take a trick, Nic Nat out for a while with a medial ligament, will still be out when we play them. Expecting Max and Dogga to dominate that game.

His career has been so stuffed by injuries.
