High shorts should get him a week alone

Crushed family jewels ala snu-snu is punishment enough. Bet ya there'd be a lot of ice-packs for that purpose.

I wore high shorts once, safe to say I was singing soprano for a few days afterwards. No thank you.

Tingay has to be the best kick ive ever seen in a Melbourne jumper, absolutely magnificent on both sides.

How good were ruck contest when they let them run at each other also, awesome to watch White jump the opposition ruck.

@ 2:20:15 in, reckon I watched my VHS Tape of Hotter Than Hell more than any of my porno's between 18 and 20

1998 was one of my all time favourite years, (probably because most years sucked) the finals system robbed us, thumped Adelaide then saints then had to get North on a 6 day break.

On Tingay I remember watching a Victoria vs south Australia game during lockdown 2020. This was when nobody knew If we'd even get a season in and foxtel played old games. I think it was 94 State of origin, tingay was elite. Also one of the coolest looking dudes out there.

yea, I think I 98 was probably my all time fav Melbourne team, bloody exciting to watch. Injury prone all time greats who managed to stay on the park for the most part and some exciting youngsters coming thru. To go from wooden spoon in 97 to one game off a grand final in 98 was a hell of a ride.

The finals win were great but beating West Coast over at Subi missing a tone of players that day might have been my fav win of the year, I remember giving us no hope. A very young Robbo and Tingay played huge games.

I know it's a product of when I was watching and how old I was (probably the highlights too) but compared to modern footballers, the footy players in the 90's seem like the older brothers or 'big boys'. Just seem to make everything look better and easier.
