One thing which dissappointed me greatly tonight -is when Carlton got the century margin over West Coast - and they were putting up highest scores and margins etc

And they didnt put up West Coasts biggest scoreboard flogging on their home soil in Western Australia in the AFL

And that was by the Mighty Cats - current Reigning Premiers and all the rest of it - total utter demolition/destruction of West Coast at Subiaco Oval one night -with a final winning margin of plus 130 points

How long until Clarko goes back up to the coaches box so he can punch a few walls?

In all fairness Clarko's already walked up the f*cking big hill and done everything a coach can possibly do. I don't know when/if all those sordid allegations of him trying to talk indigenous players into killing their families for the benefit of the club will ever be proven beyond reasonable doubt or whether that was Sam Mitchell-engineered saltiness but from the look of it he seems a different Clarko these days. A transcended aspect of the Poison Dwarf he once was.

Maybe North's inept crapness has been good for him!

Would not even be shocked in the slightest

List sizes will reduce and clubs will be told they must give up a player or two to help build the new teams list.

Clubs will go nuts but it’s the only way the TAS team has any chance of getting off to a fair start. Draft concessions for new clubs are not the answer. AFL will approach this differently.

I honestly think all they have to do is draft country kids. Send Vic metro kids and they'll complain about the coffee. Send Vic country kids and they'll have an insta full of 4 wheel driving and fishing. Ask them if they've ever been to the Ute muster and if they ask what that is then put a line through them.

GWS and the Gold Coasts retention problems started with anonymous players in irrelevant teams. These kids will never be anonymous nor irrelevant, even when getting spanked every week. They will be country footy heroes on the news every night.

It's a way better platform than the last couple had.

Just noticed we had a 3 week streak in 1989 where we scored a combined 93.60.618 to 32.44.236 against St.Kilda, Brisbane and Richmond. That's freaking nuts.

Recall each of those games fondly.
