Keen to hear your rationale.

It’s pretty simple really. Three 8/10 300 game players are better than a single 10/10 300 game player. Especially when two of them are KP. It’s not happening so it’s a moot point, but sr asked and I answered. Anyone saying they wouldn’t do that deal either doesn’t watch enough footy or is too biased to understand how good a deal it would be. If it becomes a discussion of 2 of those 3 then I would have a greater appreciation for those that are no’s.

I thought juh was too old to meet the criteria, but yes it's a deal.

Have you considered the other issue - of footy IQ, and leadership.
I suspect ND will have the game day influence in the longer term that Pendles has had.
ND sees the game in a very unique way and we shouldn’t under estimate this aspect in addition to his 10/10 abilities.

I don’t see leadership in JUH and it’s too early for Darcy and Sanders.

I thinks it’s an interesting additional aspect to the discussion. Great leaders lift teams.

Extremely unlikely, but what do people think it would cost in trade value if JUH was to nominate us?

Clearly our picks are limited, so it would need to involve players. Therefore, which players?

To my mind Macrae, McCreery and our future first would be the minimum.

Simply answer is more than we have to offer, unless you're putting Nicky D on the table.

If you start looking at older players then they might bite on Moore, could have done so on Bruz maybe if his shoulders weren't cooked. Both of them are probably a couple of years too old though for the Doggies to be super keen on, given that they aren't in the window right now.

Beyond that spare parts and fringe players like you're suggesting wont get it done nor will a future first be enticing, if you assume that we improve to some degree with JUH to kick to inside F50.

They're already flush with midfielders across the age spectrum at the moment too so not much point offering them more midfield depth.

As an aside Jamarrah's contract number to get him away from the Doggies would also have to be astronomical over a longer teem and well out of step with his production to this point.

Bloody hell! Attributing 300 games each to two players who have played 16 combined is a bit silly
