Culture... grown from the example of their players since earlier days... check out the quote of the Carlton Bluebirds cheerleader at the bottom of this article:

I wonder who they were. I think Rene Kink was the last player to be suspended for spitting at another player - would have been around that time. jezza from memory.

Something like –

“Bad luck on losing, now GET OFF OUR GROUND!”

In reference to the MCG.

Not funny and Joffa was given a real wrap over the knuckles for it by the sanitised Club.

Pert’s official title is – Apologiser for all things Collingwood

1st problem was Joffa is paid to be Joff by the Club.

2nd was unauthorised use of the club logo on the sign.

They are so feral...During the telecast shots of their twit supporters going ballistic at everything. Also pictures in the paper where some "women" are making rude hand gestures towards Fev...Pathetic !

Oh, rude hand gestures, are you kidding me?

How many fans from any club do you think haven't shown the bird or whatever at some stage? Don't just level that crap toward one club. Geez mate, you are piss weak.

Shocking for that bloke to let down a crowd of Magpie fans, who as passionate and vocal as they are, dont really get caught up in that primitive and immature bullshit such as spitting. Eddie would be furious.

Thanks Tess.

Yes, Joffa is a paid employee of the Collingwood football club. He is paid be nice and rah, rah, rah the troops. Unfortunately he perpetuates the myth that all Collingwood football supporters are stupid with their teeth missing.

Lately he is getting very very boring.

It is a shame really that Collingwood stooped that low.

But people in senior positions in the Club are now reassessing that arrangement based on a series of events culminating in last week.

If that statement posted earlier is legitimate, it would suggest that Collingwood knows the identity of the spitter, otherwise how would they know that he wasn't a member?

Statement from Collingwood CEO Gary Pert
The Collingwood Football Club would like to confirm that the person shown on television footage spitting at Carlton player Brendan Fevola is not a member of the Collingwood cheer squad and in fact is not even a member of the Collingwood Football Club.

The individual concerned was asked to leave the official cheer squad area by cheer squad members before the incident occurred but refused.

The Collingwood Football Club strongly opposes the behaviour of the individual and if the findings of our investigation were that one of our members was responsible, that membership would have been terminated instantly

What a load of codswallop. They know who it is, make no mistake about it. They are trying to smooth the front of house to deal with it behind closed doors.

Thanks Tess.

Good to hear the club is finally looking at that situation.

I tried to smooth the waters last year, but Joff's attempt to take advantage of my generosity ruined the moment.

Did you see Robert Walls look down his nose at the Collingwood supporter on ON THE COUCH….

Just another chance for Robbie to have a crack at the mighty Pie Army.

He was as pumped up as a peacock in bloom over the Blues win as well.

The spitting incident was the chery on top of the pie to make his day even more fantastic.

Wonder if he had the same reaction to the bloke who threw the bottle at the umpire during the Adelaide game at the G the other week:confused:

Maybe you don't, but there were many of your fans that were hanging it on ours, labelling them as spitters etc after that particular incident. I wonder if they will be opening their mouths now?

If it was a Richmond supporter ,it would be talked about for years.

Funny how the media and dopey supporters of other clubs work.

If he was spitting at Collingwood players walking down the race it would be. However, he was spitting at the other team. Disgusting, but nowhere near as bad as spitting on your own team.

Pfffft as if they wouldn't be able to find out who it is.

PS is Joffa really on the payroll at collingwood? Is so that is seriously one of the funniest things I have ever heard :thumbsu:
