If we lose wingard I would be happy to get a ready made x factor player in Rankine

Barry should stay regardless imo with the lack of outside run on our listStarting to think that due to the lack of picks we have to turn over our list more than we should that McKenzie and Barry might end up staying another year.

Disposal isn’t good enough for an AFL wingman.I still don't mind Barry.
If he gets his shit together he could be more than handy on a wing.
Barry has a spectacular ability to get the ball, run forward with ball, then inexplicably fail to score. That fits in well with our game plan against West Coast where as the game goes on our whole team gradually begins doing it. In other games it just looks incompetent.I still don't mind Barry.

Only person who's happy with this trade is Alastair ClarksonFans from both sides melting, both players seemingly reluctant to leave. This is unheard of, and objectively it is nice to see a trade where both clubs are running the show rather than the player managers. Hopefully see more of it.
?... both players seemingly reluctant to leave. This is unheard of ...
We are also changing the game plan and a fair whack of the coaches. So, If I understand our trading strategy correctly - instead of changing the game plan we've decided to change the side.
Whilst I think that our gameplan sucked a coach has every right to swap and change players until he finds the ones he thinks will suit his gameplan. So, If I understand our trading strategy correctly - instead of changing the game plan we've decided to change the side.

Did I miss an article where the trade might fall over because both players are reluctant to move?

Or did I misunderstand the post I quoted.
Yeah but then I read somewhere in the last hourhor so that it's all going smooth and we should see something soon. Both players are reluctant to move. Wingard is being pushed far more than he’s jumping, and Burton’s response to being put up as bait was very negative.

Wassup?
No issue for me. He's worth it[/QUOTE
Macca i don't know a lot about him...you rate him pretty highly and where do you see him fitting in...appears to a good size of a lad?
So Ken has a game plan that requires we get rid of our most talented ,creative and attacking players because they don’t fit....wtf... who are we trying to be..you can’t win that way and you shouldn’t want to. The hawks say thank you very much we will have them all and win with style. It makes me sick.
