The size of this American shitstorm is only 1 and a half weeks in and what a reality show it already is hah?
Combine every ****ing pointless reality show we’ve had to endure being exposed to on the dying commercial networks and multiply it by the size of the expanding universe.
We need another word beyond Kakistocracy to describe this malignant political phenomenon.
They have no idea what they are doing, the grievance politik will wear thin soon enough, even with the most ardent MAGA drones soon enough and the resistance will turn into martial law, trump fascism and violence.
Perhaps their 2nd amendment might come in handy after all?
The only thing surprising to me, is that I get to witness the fall of Rome and see it live in the palm of my hand.
I’m glad I’m just financially stable enough to withstand the worst of the outcomes.
Unfortunately, my kids will have bear the consequences for part of their lives.
Rebuilding the western alliance and our trust in liberal institutions and democracy may takes decades.
American exceptionalism is now lost, The morons are in charge and we just have to sit back and wait!
