If the Hawks make it to the finals it will be the first time since 2010 that 11 wins was enough to scrape in (it was Carlton FFS, yes they did it again a few years later during Essendope but that doesn't really count). Check the stats, yep only other time is against the Suns last week.

For context lets say our forwards have a day out and Freo kick a respectable score.

If we won by 100 points and the final score was 160-60 we'd still be percentage behind the Hawks and out of the 8.

Just like last year with Gold Coast needing to beat Geelong at the Cattery and us needing to beat the Bombers (which we couldn't manage to do), it ain't happening.

And thats only if the Crows beat the Bulldogs. The only team I'd back to beat the Bulldogs on current form would probably be Richmond and possibly Hawthorn.
