The way Port can get some primetime is if Marshall lets Vic clubs into SA. Crowds of 25k plus a top 4 Port against Big Vic clubs will get us primetime.

Worst possible fixture for Port. A Sunday home game on the Gold Coast. Means we won’t play in Adelaide or on a Thursday/Friday night in round 7 either. We’re also 3 ‘home games’ from 6 with the only one at AO, a showdown and of no advantage.

Having played West Coast, Brisbane, GWS interstate we should be demanding Collingwood, Richmond and Geelong at home.

I can see it now.
We play round 7 in Vic then have to spend 2 weeks in quarantine when we return because Marshall decides to close our border to Vic again, or not even open it at all.
How can 2 teams from the cleanest covid19 state in Australia be given such a shit time?
Dosn’t matter much for the franchise but we have a chance to play finals if the AFL doesn’t continue to put blocks in our way.

If we play in Victoria in Round 7 we'll be stuck there. We will have to quarantine for 14 days to get back into SA. Makes no sense.

Not sure that's right. I think the SA Government will give FIFO rights to AFL teams (or at least some of them) given the quarantine protocols they have adhered to this far.

Certainly my understanding is that Port and the Crows will not be required to quarantine on their return to SA.
