Yeah piss poor attitude, and mouthing off in media annoys the shit out of me.
No idea, looks like they've botched it again.
Only thing is if there's some minor doubt on Soldo.
He was with the docs a fair bit in the 3rd/4th against Carlton, looked leg related. He did come back on of course, but maybe there's a niggle.

For the best part of a decade now GWS have used us to find form, then launch into their finals series - I have no doubt that this will occur again.

Well it is good that we prepared him in the SANFL to pinch hit in the ruck (yes, sarcasm) as I don’t think he spent a minute in the ruck in the last three games- they have preferred Scully.

We’ve only played at this ground twice and one of those games was a loss to the baby Giants in their first season which saw Matthew Primus sacked, and we haven’t played a game there in 11 years, but it’s still one of our favourite grounds according to Donuts.
I thought i would go back and track the Giants form over the whole year, and although they got off to the flying start of 5 and 0 they had some soft kills in that stretch with 3 wins against bottom 5 teams and got Collingwood in the first game when they were still very rusty. The other win was the suns in gather round, which was far from convincing.
The form then drops away even further after that.
Overall, i was surprised with their form line as everyone had them as a premiership fancy after what they did in the back half of last year, and the 5 nil start had everyone talking them up even more but it's not great. they definitely aren't some juggernaut that should be feared.
Admittedly, our form isn't great either but pound for pound with the Giants i think we are in better form and we should be winning this game.
I guess being at their home ground is why they start as favourites but the 11th placed dogs pantsed them last time they played at this ground.
Honestly, I'm going to be really annoyed if we drop this one.

Bit of an over exaggeration
I couldn't believe it when last game they brought Dixon in and left Finlyason in the team. So I think it should have been Dixon for Finn last game and now Lord for Dixon.
Making Lord or Dante Sub on ground that looks like it would have taken 50ml of rain in the preceding few days would really take the prize for dumbest use of a sub eva.
But as you say it never ceases to amaze me how poorly we use that rule. I think we make the guy whom we can't quite decide whether we want in the team or not - the sub.
I've enjoyed how there has been a ruck option on the emergency list practically every week and this board goes oooo maybe!?! Everytime

Eh, to be fair when Williams has played he's looked painfully slow. Not sure what's going on with him but he's had issues with fitness in the past.
