And I shall name that suburb, Essendon.

Ha! That actually looks like him.

I don't like but but whilst Aboriginal issues are at the heart of it he'll always get a thumbs up to go ahead with any Essendon stuff and there's nothing we can do about it without looking like careless campaigners.

Talking down Richmond as a sh*t club is a hot take

Liked for not defending Essendon's honour.

A one off sellout to the Kevin Sheedy invented aboriginals game vs 11 game memberships to the Perth Pistoleers.. hmm

If you took say, West Coast v Brisbane and marketed the hell out of the game as a the pinnacle of Indigenous Round and held it at the MCG, with WA and QLD fans unable to travel to Melbourne for the game, you'd get like 20,000 people. WA fans want more footy.

There is plenty of capacity in Perth for a 3rd team, and West Coast need some of their supporter base eaten into over time.

Perth Pirates

Can you imagine my notifications lighting up like a christmas tree.

I'd be absolutely filthy. :tearsofjoy:

Perth is a little different from Adelaide too in the sense that it's full of wannabe Melbournians. Hidden beneath the parochial, anti-eastern states sentiment is this obsession with the city of Melbourne (specifically Melbourne, nowhere else). I'm not at all surprised that hosting one of the big Melbourne blockbusters takes people's fancy.

I have noticed that actually. Perthites in general have a hard on for Melbourne. Seeing buildings greater than 50 years old must have something to do with it?

The WA Bombers were formed in 1993, with Essendon life member and former player Colin Hebbard the group's inaugural president.

The group incorporated in 1999 and now boasts more than 2500 WA members of Essendon, with 1976 Brownlow Medal winner and three-time best and fairest Graham Moss the patron of the WA Bombers.

Those bomber members take along family members and mates and not hard for that 2,500 become 7,000 to 10,000 people.
