Ladhams bemuses me. I always expected goofy acts from him on or off field, but harmless and even funny goofy. Suddenly now his goofy acts are becoming increasingly aggressive, hitting Wines and even the DBJ throw down. Now this late hit on Woewodin. Wonder what's going on in the wonderland that is Pistol Pete's brain?

Should be a tight one tonight - surely it's Fagan's last game in charge if the Lions lose.
Nah Fagan is safe. He is contracted to end of 2023. AFL's 100% soft cap tax doing the job of keeping coaches in their jobs.

Imagine if they do get rolled. The AFL putting the handbrake on clubs just because

I guess the important question here is What do Collingwood think?

Also "At loggerheads" implies an equitable power balance. If the AFL says no, there are no loggerheads

loggerhead (n.)

1580s, "stupid person, blockhead, dunce, numbskull," perhaps from dialectal logger "heavy block of wood" + head (n.). Later it meant a type of thick-headed iron tool (1680s), a type of cannon shot, a post in the stern of a whale-boat, and a type of turtle (1650s).

That’s how Clarko got off the mark at Glenferrie.

Why wouldn’t he try it on.

Surely a cup of coffee or two with Gil will bring the AFL to their senses and realise Clarko is again right.

Reckon Richmond will smash them. Brisbane is simultaneously the most arrogant and most boring team in the league.

It annoys me watching this on the sidelines - perhaps Hinkley should watch finals this year so he knows what a good team looks like.
